Can Spam again..
It started yesterday, just a couple of mails mentioning the can spam act, and a couple of links for further info.

As far as I can see (don't shoot me if I'm wrong :p) if people opt out of your "brand" then that means forever and ever and even if an affiliate sends them a mail including/promoting your "brand" then you are the one held responsible for it??
Interested in hearing your thoughts on it.
